Sneezing could be related to atopy, particularly in a pruritic dog, however, we do not often observe sneezing as a clinical observation in dogs with this disease.

Abnormal sexual behaviour may be an indication of Sertoli cell tumour which causes feminisation in the male dog.  In the female, abnormal oestrus could be suggestive of ovarian imbalance type one, hypothyroidism or Cushing's syndrome, for instance.
