Here we have learnt that the dog goes out of doors and has contact with a variety of animals.  This provides an opportunity for it to pick up ectoparasitic infestations and also dermatophytosis.

We have also learnt from this that he has good exercise tolerance and is not thermophilic.  We can infer from this that hypothyroidism and Cushing's syndrome are unlikely.
