Nematodirus - eggs in uterus

Group: Bursate, non-migratory nematode
Host species: cattle, sheep
Features:

These eggs are inside the uterus which had been dissected from a  female worm. 

The eggs show the whole range of development from undifferentiated through to the morulated stage containing the characteristically large cells (blastomeres) that will eventually become the larva
